Job Description
Job Responsibilities
･Provide technical support to dealer service engineers.
･Accompany dealers and customers on-site to support root cause analysis and implementation of countermeasures.
･Conduct customer visits to explain Brother-recommended preventive maintenance point.
･Organize and deliver maintenance training for dealer. engineers (conducted at BTC).
･Maintain regular communication with dealer engineers.
･Prepare technical reports after customer visits and share them both internally and externally.
･Compile and organize troubleshooting data.
･The shipment and installation work of showroom machines (at BTC).
