Roles and responsibilities:-

• Demonstrated experience in manpower handling and effective team coordination to achieve organizational goals. 

• Responsible for monthly production planning, monitoring, and scheduling of manufacturing activities to meet targets. 

• Ensure zero PPM by strictly following and implementing quality fundamentals and standards. 

• Hands-on experience in robotic welding processes, including operation and quality control. 

• Perform defect and scrap analysis and implement temporary and permanent corrective actions. 

• Lead and participate in Kaizen activities in collaboration with team members for continuous improvement. 

• Drive scrap and rework reduction initiatives to minimize Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).

• Implement work-balancing Kaizen initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. 

• Focus on continuous improvement in daily production activities and promote strong team-building practices. 

• Possess strong knowledge and experience in preparing and maintaining Work Instructions and SOPs. 

• Ensure effective implementation of 5S practices and waste reduction initiatives on the shop floor to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
