Job Description
・BMS導入プロジェクトにおける現場管理・調整業務
・建築・設備工事の進捗・品質の管理
・資材・設備選定や調達に関する判断業務
・工程・スケジュールの管理
・作業員・協力会社の統括、作業アレンジ
・日系企業顧客との各種調整・折衝
・トラブル時の対応および社内エスカレーション
必須スキル：
・建築業界での実務経験、または建築プロジェクト全体の進行や現場における各ポジションの役割を理解している方
・日常会話レベルの英語力
・現場（屋外・作業環境）での勤務に前向きな方
歓迎スキル：
・海外での設備施工管理経験
・インドでの勤務経験
就業時間：
月～金曜日
