Job Position: Manager - Sales
Job Location: Bangalore
Educational Requirements: B.Tech or BE in Electrical Engineering background or similar field.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage & grow existing customer base, including leading OEMs and institutions such as Maruti Suzuki, Denso, Aisin, Bosch, & Mahindra etc.
Lead, develop, and manage the sales team, ensuring strong execution and accountability.
Own sales performance management, including target selling, pipeline management, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
Support customers with technically sound product proposals and solutions.
