Job Description
Our client is an established EMS company, emerging as a market leader in the design and manufacturing of IoT and home automation products. They are now seeking talented individuals with an innovative mindset to join their ever-growing Engineering team.
Job Responsibilities
Implement, maintain and improve QA System for In-Process QC, Outgoing QA and customers’ audit pertaining customer specifications and requirements.
- Involve First Article run products to ensure FA meeting customer specifications and requirements.
- Utilize quality improvement tools and develop strategy in problem solving in continuous improvement to resolve customer quality complaints or online quality issues with internal team.
- Coordinate 8D Report / CAPA per customer request on quality issues feedback by customer with internal team and verify the effectiveness.
- Conduct process audit to ensure manufacturing processes / CAPA / improvement actions are effectively implemented, maintained and comply to manufacturing procedures.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, advanced /higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years work related experience preferably with an MNC.
Required Skills: Supplier quality management, problem solving, SPC, CAPA, supplier audit.
