Our client, well established Data Centre Based Company, looking for suitable candidates.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Designs, reviews and implements best in class Data Centre operations based on and industry practices
  Guides teams to improve services and processes within the Data Centre , while ensuring adherence to customers' SLAs.

• Responsible for reviewing and improving of the preventive maintenance program on an ongoing basis.

• Leads in incident, problem and change management to minimize impact to customer services.

• Review the safe work responsibilities and ensure strict adherence to the safety requirements, procedures, laws and regulations.

• Leads all facility management/data centre related certifications and implements related compliance for both internal and external customers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computing/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Certified practitioner of ITL, CCNA, CCNP, CDCP or equivalent.

• 5 years of working experience in managing the operations of a 24x7 critical data center facility.

• Good knowledge in M&E and building facilities related systems, such as CRAUs, Chiller, PDUs, DRUPS, UPS, Switch Gears Ops, DX cooling, Network structure cabling, Security, etc.

• Possess relevant facilities management and/or data center related certifications, such as ITIL, CDCP, CDCS, etc.

• Familiar with certifications standards, such as LEED Gold, ISO 20000 / 22301 / 27001, Uptime Institute Tier III, etc.
