予算編成、計画、分析活動などの計数管理および事業管理業務を担い、グローバルに活躍頂ける方を募集致します。
具体的には、下記業務内容を遂行いただきます。
【具体的な業務内容】
■各販売子会社のDX化の推進やデータ分析サポート
■アイケア事業全体の事業管理のサポート
■上記業務内容において発生する国内外販社・機能とのコミュニケーションや協働
■事業遂行にあたる各種分析、レポート作成
■海外マーケット調査・国内外競合企業調査/分析・レポート作成
■その他特命事項に関する調査活動、計数分析、レポーティング
海外含むアイケア事業の推進にあたる各種分析やDX化活動の主務として活躍いただきます
スキルや希望に応じて事業部門における経営企画のような職務も担当いただきたいと考えています

Required Skills
【必須要件】
・事業管理および計数業務経験 または 事業推進などの企画経験
・事業のP/L、単独・連結に関する知識・理解、および、業務・作業経験
・Microsoft365の基本作業（ピボットやvlookup等を使用できるレベル）
【歓迎要件】
・海外とのやり取りが行える英語力（TOEIC L R 600点以上が望ましい）
【求める保有スキル】
・問題解決力・提案力: ビジネス上の課題を発見・整理するとともに、適切なコミュニケーションにより解決策を企画・提案・協議・合意形成していく遂行スキル
