専門知識不要！クライアント問い合わせ窓口（就労ビザが不要な方対象）
クアラルンプール中心地に拠点を構える日系会計事務所にて、日系法人顧客向けの問い合わせ対応を担っていただくポジションです。
日本企業を中心とした顧客に対し、きめ細やかなサポートを提供いただきます。
■ 勤務地
クアラルンプール中心地（電車通勤可能）
■ ポジション
クライアント問い合わせ窓口（カスタマーサポート）
■ 業務内容
・サービス利用を検討・利用中の法人顧客からの問い合わせ対応（主にメール・電話）
・会計業務以外の一般的な問い合わせ対応
・社内担当（会計士・コンサルタント）への連携・エスカレーション
・顧客対応履歴の管理および報告
※専門的な会計知識は不要。フロント対応に特化したポジションです。
■ 応募条件
・マレーシアにて就労ビザが不要な方
・カスタマーサービス、営業事務、クライアント対応などの経験
・丁寧で細やかなコミュニケーションができる方
・日本語および英語：ビジネスレベル以上
■ 勤務時間
月～金 9:00～18:00（土日祝日休み）
