COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our Client is a well-established Manufacturer of high‑precision rubber and polymer components using advanced processing and automation technologies, with applications spanning automotive, electronics, medical, and industrial markets.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support technical development activities related to manufacturing equipment, automation systems, and production process improvements.
Lead and execute installation, commissioning, and start‑up of new equipment, including inspection machines, conveyors, and processing machinery.
Perform machine adjustment, tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure stable operation and product quality.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, uptime, safety, and manufacturing efficiency.
Provide hands‑on technical support to production teams, responding quickly to equipment issues and process deviations.
Conduct routine and preventive maintenance support, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for equipment‑related problems.
Support basic PLC, robot, and automation programming tasks, including parameter adjustment and minor logic modifications.
Coordinate with regional and global engineering stakeholders to ensure alignment of equipment standards, projects, and best practices.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or equivalent.
Preferably with at least 5 years of experience in engineering roles, with exposure in machine adjustment, tuning, and continuous improvement.
Experience in automation projects and PLC would be added advantage.
