Our Client is a well-established Manufacturer of high‑precision rubber and polymer components using advanced processing and automation technologies, with applications spanning automotive, electronics, medical, and industrial markets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support technical development activities related to manufacturing equipment, automation systems, and production process improvements.

• Lead and execute installation, commissioning, and start‑up of new equipment, including inspection machines, conveyors, and processing machinery.

• Perform machine adjustment, tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure stable operation and product quality.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, uptime, safety, and manufacturing efficiency.

• Provide hands‑on technical support to production teams, responding quickly to equipment issues and process deviations.

• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance support, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for equipment‑related problems.

• Support basic PLC, robot, and automation programming tasks, including parameter adjustment and minor logic modifications.

• Coordinate with regional and global engineering stakeholders to ensure alignment of equipment standards, projects, and best practices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or equivalent.

• Preferably with at least 5 years of experience in engineering roles, with exposure in machine adjustment, tuning, and continuous improvement.

• Experience in automation projects and PLC would be added advantage.
