JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end precision machining operations covering production, engineering, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and environmental, health, and safety functions.

• Drive key operational performance indicators including productivity, yield, scrap reduction, on-time delivery, cost optimization, and overall equipment effectiveness.

• Develop and execute mid- to long-term operational and transformation roadmaps aligned with business growth objectives.

• Provide technical leadership in CNC machining, precision turning and milling, tooling design and maintenance, automation, and industrial engineering practices.

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives including lean manufacturing, structured problem solving, process capability improvement, and operational digitalization.

• Build, develop, and empower leadership teams while strengthening succession planning, talent development, and organizational capability.
   

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Preferably with at least 8 years of experience in Production Management in Precision Machining industry.

• Strong technical skills and knowledge in CNC Machineries (i.e. Fanuc, Okuma, Mazak etc.)

• Proven track record improving productivity, quality, cost, and delivery.

• Strong leadership and coordination skills to manage production team.
