Job Description
A leading FMCG Food Manufacturer is currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join their team in Kuala Lumpur.
Job Description
Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Developing and identifying business opportunities in assigned areas.
Building and maintaining relationship with the distributors and retailers
Planning and coordinating trade marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
Plan and champion on selected chain stores for trade marketing activities.
Monitor third party merchandizer's performance in terms of product placement and display, inventory management, pricing and compliance.
Conduct store audit on improving product visibility and gather data on competitor activity.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and market insights.
Job Requirements
1 - 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Familiarity with FMCG distribution models (MT & GT) and retail networks.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Willing to travel within Klang Valley and occasionally outstation.
