OVERVIEW

Location: Hanoi 
For a prominent English education provider with over hundreds of English schools and language centers in Asia 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop ideas for content production; structure articles, images, and advertising content on satellite Fanpages & the Company’s main Fanpage. 

• Produce content on a daily basis according to the Marketing department’s Fanpage development goals. 

• Create content for advertising campaigns/programs, brand communication, and internal and external communication activities.

• Update articles, images, banners, video clips about promotions for customers; internal news, and periodic events on the Company’s Website. 

• Produce articles periodically and post them on the Company’s Website according to the team’s SEO objectives.

• Design simple images/materials for posting/printing (basic Canva/Photoshop).

• Coordinate or propose concepts for communication materials.

• Develop scripts for communication videos (Facebook/TikTok/YouTube).

• Shoot and edit simple videos using CapCut or equivalent tools. 

• Support photography and event organization.

• Participate in other company activities as assigned by the manager. 

• Participate in developing content for enrollment campaigns, opening ceremonies, and branding. 

• Report content performance (lead, reach, engagement, inbox, traffic…). 

• Monitor messages, analyze customer insights and market trends. 
  Coordinate closely with related departments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS  

• At least 1 year of experience in multi-channel Content Marketing in the education field.
• Graduated from College/University in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Language, Education, etc.
• Good writing skills, with clear and logical style suitable for multiple audiences.
• Basic knowledge of Facebook, Zalo OA, CMS website; experience with content/SEO tools is an advantage (Ahrefs, GSC, keyword tools…).
