Job Description
部門の更新ガイドラインに従い、保険契約の更新を適時実施
顧客の成長およびニーズのフォロー
顧客の要件に合わせた保険プログラムの設計
契約条件の交渉
顧客との関係維持および強化
顧客向け・見込み顧客向けの保険セミナー実施（補償内容や事故対応の説明）
リスク調査の手配
コンサルティングサービス提供
新規顧客の開拓
上司の補助（顧客対応）
見積書の作成・提出
発行済み保険証券の確認
顧客面談スケジュールの調整
保険料の回収
マーケティングバックオフィスの支援
担当顧客の保険金支払に関するクレーム部門との連携
引受部門（UW）との日常業務および各種調整
再保険部門・業務処理部門との証券発行連携
社内イベント等における他部署との協働
上司の指示に基づく定期レポートの作成
大学卒業
英語および日本語：ビジネスレベル
高い営業・マーケティング感覚
業務フローの理解
保険商品の知識
高品質な顧客サービスを提供するプロ意識
プレゼンテーション能力および交渉力
関連業務経験3年以上
