Job Description
■職務内容■
生産計画立案・進捗管理
BOM管理、Excelを用いた各種管理・分析業務
複数プロジェクト（約3案件）の同時管理
PCBA（実装基板）を中心としたMass Production案件対応
顧客（主に日系企業）との調整・折衝
現場に入り込んだ生産・品質課題の把握および改善推進
SOP遵守徹底に向けたオペレーション管理・指導
（国外）日本又は中国圏への出張可能性有り
（ベトナム国内）ほとんど無い。出張ではないが、頻繁に（週3-4日）製造パートナー会社（工場）に行く。
■応募要件■
電子部品業界での生産管理・生産計画経験
PCBA（実装基板）に関する管理経験
BOM管理、Excelを用いた実務経験
英語での業務遂行が可能な方
日本企業顧客との折衝・品質要求対応経験
＜歓迎条件＞
EMS業界でのMass Production対応経験
品質改善・SOP構築／定着に携わった経験
海外工場でのマネジメント経験
■オファー内容（勤務条件）■
給与：グロス USD3000~5000（経験・スキルに応じて）
※ご経験能力にもとづき会社で決定
※試用期間2か月（期間中給与85％）
（昇給・賞与）
昇給：年1回
賞与：年2回 ※テト前1ヶ月分、毎年5月は人事考課により決定（平均0.8ヶ月）
