JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Lead and establish the Enterprise Architecture (EA) program

• Develop and maintain EA roadmap aligned with business strategy

• Drive stakeholder engagement and adoption

• Align IT strategy with overall business strategy and execution

• Translate business goals into technology initiatives

• Design technology-enabled operating models

• Identify and resolve execution issues 

• Drive business transformation through architecture

• Build business capability models and roadmaps

• Analyze current vs. future state IT environment

• Identify capability gaps and recommend solutions

• Develop IT investment roadmap

• Recommend emerging technologies (AI, cloud, analytics)

• Assess organizational readiness for transformation

• Establish and enforce architecture governance: Define standards, frameworks, and best practices and ensure compliance with EA policies and controls 

• Oversee architecture implementation and documentation

• Implement EA awareness and training programs

• Promote collaboration and information sharing

• Manage full architecture domains: Business, Data, Application, Technology, Security architectures; Integration of platforms such as cloud, APIs, microservices

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field

• 7+ years of experience across multiple architecture disciplines

• 5+ years in business strategy, operations, or planning roles

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Enterprise Architecture frameworks (EA, ITIL)

  • Business and operating models

  • Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), APIs, microservices

  • Data management, analytics, and governance

  • SDLC, IT operations, infrastructure

  • Financial modeling, budgeting, and cost-benefit analysis

• Strong understanding of:

  • Emerging technologies and digital ecosystems

  • Architecture domains (business, data, application, infrastructure, security)

  • Event-driven architecture, predictive analytics
