Our client is a leading Manufacturing company headquartered in Canada, seeking an experienced professional System Admin, working at HCMC office.
Job Description
Design, install, and configure servers and infrastructure solutions following industry best practices.
Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, VMware, Active Directory, SAN storage, backups, patches, and system documentation.
Drive continuous improvement through monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
Support technical issues for project teams, operations, development teams, and users, including off‑hours support when needed.
Act as a senior team member by leading technical initiatives and mentoring system administrators.
Requirements
Experience with server virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), Linux/UNIX, and Windows infrastructure (AD/LDAP, Group Policy).
Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), troubleshooting, SCCM, and enterprise backup/monitoring tools (e.g., Commvault, Dynatrace).
Understanding of public cloud infrastructure and familiarity with ITSM/ITIL frameworks (ServiceNow is a plus).
Strong communication and documentation skills in English, with ability to manage small projects in fast‑paced environments.
