仕事内容：
まずは以下業務をお任せいたします。
■Global CS
・CSチームマネジメント及び運営構築
・CSの戦略立案、実行
・顧客の導入プロジェクト管理・支援
・現地販売代理店へのツールトレーニングおよびサポート体制構築の後方支援
・サポート体制の構築
■Global Business Development
・海外事業の戦略立案
・市場調査、競合分析
・Global事業のセールス・マーケティング戦略の策定と、組織全体の実行力向上
・人事施策の浸透 ・アライアンス
・パートナー戦略の立案、実行 など
～将来的にお任せしたいこと～
■Global事業のCOOとして、事業全体のPL責任を担い、非連続成長を実現するための戦略立案や拠点責任者等をお任せしたいと考えております
必須要件：
■ビジネスレベルの英語力
■論理的思考能力
■以下のいずれかの経験を3年以上お持ちの方
・コンサルティングファームでの経験
・IT SaaS業界における事業責任者
・エンタープライズセールス・CSマネジメント等の準ずるご経験
