仕事内容：
■品質不良対応業務
品質不良発生時の原因分析および再発防止策の推進を担当いただきます。
具体的には、不良原因特定に向けて、治具・ドリルの消耗状況や使用環境、原材料のばらつきなどに関するデータ収集を現場へ指示し、分析を行います。
その上で、適切な交換タイミングのルール策定（例：一定期間ごとの定期交換）や管理指標の可視化（看板・指標設定等）を実施し、再発防止策の現場への定着までリードしていただきます。
応募資格：
【必須要件】
■品質不良発生時に下記4点の対応が出来る方。
・原因をデータ・数値ベースで分析できる
・改善策を具体的に設計・提案できる
・実行まで落とし込める
・QC手法の理解は前提
⇒「データ・数字に基づく原因特定と改善」が出来る方
※製造業であれば製品不問（プラスチック成形などでも可）
