Job Description
Position Name: IT Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Amata city, Chonburi
Salary package: 40,000-42,000 THB/month
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Windows Server and VMware environments.
Monitor system performance (CPU, Memory, Disk) and proactively prevent incidents through log analysis.
Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and conduct User Access Reviews (UAR) to ensure strong access control and compliance with PDPA and ITGC requirements.
Maintain SQL Server databases, including backup and performance tuning.
Configure and support core services and applications such as IIS, SMTP, ERP, and Payroll systems.
Oversee Disaster Recovery (DR) operations including backup management using Veeam, DR site replication, and annual DR failover testing to ensure business continuity.
Execute cybersecurity compliance activities including security patching, Antivirus/EDR management, and vulnerability scanning in line with ISO and SOX requirements.
Support IT/OT systems in the factory, including machine data collection, SCADA, 4Way system, and biometric access control systems.
Provide support for Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook).
Coordinate with vendors to ensure stability of WAN/Internet connectivity and factory network infrastructure.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
3–5 years of proven experience in Server or Infrastructure Administration.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in Windows Server and VMware.
Hands-on experience with Veeam Backup and SQL Server.
Good understanding of Network Security (Firewall, VPN).
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical skills with a root-cause problem-solving mindset.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Knowledge of continuous improvement concepts such as TQM, Kaizen, or K‑Way is a plus.
Language
Good command of English, with the ability to coordinate with regional headquarters or global vendors.
