บริหารและควบคุมงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล
การสรรหาและว่าจ้างพนักงานสัญญาจ้าง/ผู้รับเหมา (Subcontractor)
ดูแลระบบเงินเดือน ค่าจ้าง และสวัสดิการ
งานด้านแรงงานสัมพันธ์
ดูแลกฎระเบียบและข้อบังคับการทำงาน
การประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานประจำปี และกระบวนการเลื่อนตำแหน่ง
การจัดกิจกรรมของบริษัท
งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
ประสบการณ์ทำงาน
มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งหัวหน้างานอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับระบบเงินเดือน และระบบ BICS จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีประสบการณ์บริหารและควบคุมพนักงานสัญญาจ้าง
มีใจรักงานบริการ และมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมองค์กร
มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหาร ควบคุม และประสานงานกับสหภาพแรงงาน
คุณสมบัติอื่น ๆ
อายุระหว่าง 30–35 ปี
วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
