Job Description
Sales Manager – Fire Suppression Systems, International company
Salary: 70,000 – 80,000 THB (Open to negotiation)
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and business development across Thailand
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key sectors such as wind turbines, mining equipment, seaports, buses/transportation, oil & gas, and heavy manufacturing
Manage key accounts and distributor/partner relationships
Conduct technical sales presentations and provide solution‑based consultation
Ensure compliance with local fire safety regulations and international standards
Track market trends, competitor activity, and report to regional management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
5+ years’ experience in sales experience in fire protection, industrial safety, or related engineered systems
Strong understanding of fire suppression technologies and standards (e.g. NFPA, VdS)
Fluent in Thai with strong English communication skills
Work From Home and Willingness to travel within Thailand
