MFTBC’s indirect procurement team is an integral part of Global Indirect Procurement specializing in the strategic sourcing and management of non productive materials and Services for Daimler Truck Asia. We play a key role in supporting organization’s operational and strategic goals by optimizing costs enhancing supplier performance and ensuring full compliance with group wide standards

Our team leads the development and execution of comprehensive sourcing strategies that identify innovative solutions drive cost optimizing and generate long term value for Daimler Truck. By working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners we provide tailored procurement solutions that directly support business success.

【仕事内容／Job Description】　
主な業務内容：
・ 組織の目標に合致した調達戦略の策定および実行
・ サプライヤーとの関係管理および契約交渉による有利な条件の確保
・ 調達プロセス全体の監督と、方針・基準の遵守の確保
・ 市場動向やサプライヤーのパフォーマンス分析によるコスト削減機会の特定
・ 他部門との連携による調達ニーズの予測およびプロジェクト支援
・ チームの指導・育成によるスキルとパフォーマンスの向上

Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms.
Oversee the procurement process ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
Analyse market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to forecast procurement needs and support project initiatives.
Lead and mentor the procurement team to enhance skills and performance.

言語要件
・日本語：N2以上（必須）
・英語：TOEIC 750点以上（希望）
　または英語をビジネスの主言語として働かれてきた方

業務経験
下記いずれかに当てはまる方
◆購買業務経験がある
（必須）納期権利などの購買不随業務ではなく、サプライヤ選定・価格交渉・契約書の精査などの業務経験
（尚可）上記購買経験が少なくとも3年以上

◆購買業務経験がない
（必須）製造業での生産技術、設備管理、コスト企画、営業の業務経験（少なくともいずれか一つ）
（尚可）上記職種での製造業の経験が交錯機会や生産設備、電気ガス、油脂類に関わるものである方、またはIT業界、IT部門での業務経験がある方
