当社のプレス部品購買チームは、トラック・バスの開発・生産に不可欠なプレス部品を担当し、グローバル規模で最適な調達体制を構築する役割を担っています。主な業務は、サプライヤーの選定、価格交渉から最終決定、各種契約の締結まで多岐にわたり、事業の競争力を支える中核機能です。
特に海外調達の強化を重点施策として掲げており、世界各国のサプライヤーとの協業を通じて、品質・供給・価格のすべての面で優れた競争力を持つ調達ネットワークの構築を目指しています。中長期的な視点に立ち、事業戦略と連動したサプライヤー開発や関係構築にも積極的に取り組んでいます。
また、当社は Archion グループの一員となり、日野自動車との共同購買によるシナジー創出もこれからの重要なテーマです。グループのスケールメリットを活かしながら、より強固で持続可能な調達基盤を実現することを目指しています。
プレス部品購買チームは、グローバルな視点で戦略的な調達に挑戦したい方にとって、非常に大きな成長機会を得られる環境です。
プレス部品購買チームは、マネージャー1名、バイヤー5名、アシスタント2名の計8名で構成されています。明確な役割分担のもと、調達業務全般を効率的かつ戦略的に推進できる体制を整えています。
バイヤー陣は20代が3名、30代が1名、40代が1名と比較的若手が中心で、プレス購買に携わってからの経験年数は全員3年以下となります。新しい視点や柔軟な発想を持ちながら、日々スキルを磨き、組織としての成長に大きく貢献しているメンバーです。

仕事内容
年次原価低減目標達成に向けた改善アイデアの創出およびサプライヤーとの交渉
・新製品プロジェクトと連動した、新規部品の量産に向けた RFQ（見積依頼）から価格決定までの一連の購買活動
・プレス部品購買における調達戦略の立案サポートおよび戦略実行
・海外サプライヤーの新規開拓から量産立ち上げまでの推進
・日野自動車との共同購買によるシナジー効果の創出
・取引適正化ガイドライン（取適法）を遵守した中小企業との公正かつ適正な取引の実現
・サプライヤーとの各種契約マネジメント（契約締結、更新、条件管理 等）
また、お持ちの経験を活かして頂き若いバイヤーを指導しマネージャーをサポートする役割を期待します。

Our Stamping Parts Procurement Team is responsible for sourcing stamping components that are essential for the development and production of our trucks and buses. The team plays a critical role in building an optimized global procurement structure. Its core responsibilities range from supplier selection and price negotiation to final decision making and contract conclusion serving as a key function that supports the company’s overall competitiveness.
Strengthening overseas procurement is one of our key strategic initiatives. By collaborating with suppliers around the world we aim to establish a procurement network with superior competitiveness in all areas・quality supply and cost. We also focus on supplier development and relationship building from a mid to long term perspective ensuring close alignment with our business strategies.
As a member of the Archion Group generating synergies through joint procurement with Hino Motors has become another important area of focus. By leveraging the scale and strengths of the group we strive to build a more robust and sustainable procurement foundation.

Our Stamping Parts Procurement Team consists of eight members: one manager five buyers and two assistants. With clearly defined roles and responsibilities the team is structured to execute all procurement activities both efficiently and strategically.
Among the five buyers three are in their twenties one in their thirties and one in their forties making the group relatively young. All buyers have less than three years of experience in stamping procurement. Despite being early in their careers they bring fresh perspectives and flexible thinking continually developing their skills and contributing significantly to the growth of the organization.

Job Description
Generating improvement ideas and conducting negotiations with suppliers to achieve annual cost reduction targets
Managing the full procurement process for new parts in line with new product projects from issuing RFQs to final price determination for mass production
Supporting the development of procurement strategies for stamping parts and executing those strategies
Driving the sourcing and onboarding of overseas suppliers from initial identification through mass production launch
Creating synergy effects through joint procurement initiatives with Hino Motors
Ensuring fair and compliant transactions with small and medium sized enterprises in accordance with the Supplier Transaction Fairness Guidelines
Managing various supplier contracts including contract execution renewal and commercial terms management
In addition we expect the successful candidate to leverage their experience to mentor and guide younger buyers while supporting the manager in overall team leadership.

■必須条件（MUST）：
・自動車業界または製造業における3年以上の実務経験
・社内の英語話者（English speaker）および海外サプライヤーと、業務上支障なくコミュニケーションできる英語力（メール・会議・交渉 等）
・点数の多いブレス部品の業務を遂行する高いアジリティ

■歓迎条件（WANT / BETTER）：
・5年以上の自動車業界での購買業務経験（最も望ましい／即戦力として高く評価）


■Mandatory Requirements （MUST）
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing industry
Sufficient English communication skills to interact smoothly with English speaking colleagues and overseas suppliers （email meetings negotiations etc.）
Strong Japanese communication skills to work effectively with domestic/local suppliers
High agility to manage a large number of stamping parts and execute procurement activities efficiently

■Preferred Requirements （WANT / BETTER）
Over 5 years of procurement experience in the automotive industry （highly valued as an immediate contributor）
