弊チームは5名体制で、一人ひとりが幅広いテーマを担当し、環境規制対応から人権・コンプライアンス体制強化、社内啓発活動まで多岐にわたる業務を担っています。
開発・法務・三菱ふそうトラックヨーロッパ子会社及び部品調達部のESGチームをはじめとする社内関係者やサプライヤーと連携しながら、企業価値向上と持続可能な調達体制の構築に携わりたい方お待ちしております。
今回募集している購買ESGチームには、20代～30代の正社員スタッフ3名とマネージャーが在籍しています。

＜Department Introduction＞
Would you like to play a key role in transforming supply chains and shaping the future of sustainable commercial vehicles・
Join our ESG Sustainability and Supply Chain Team where you will work on a wide range of ESG topics across procurement and supply chains.
The team consists of five members each responsible for diverse themes including environmental regulation compliance human rights and compliance framework enhancement and internal awareness and training initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with internal relevant parties such as Engineering Legal Mitsubishi Fuso Truck Europe and the Parts Procurement ESG team as well as with suppliers contributing to enhanced corporate value and the development of a sustainable procurement framework.
There are three full time staff members in their 20s to 30s along with a manager in the Purchasing ESG team we are currently recruiting for.

・ 国内外サプライヤーとの直接連携・現場主義
リサイクルプラスチック、グリーンスチール等の重点テーマでは、国内外サプライヤーへの訪問を年数回実施し、実際の製造現場や技術及びサステイナビリティ構想を自ら確認しながら、調達戦略に反映させることを目指しています。
・ グループ全体に影響を与える仕事
日野自動車との協業や、Archionグループ全体を見据えたESG方針・戦略検討など、自社単体にとどまらないスケール感のある取り組みに関与します。

【主な業務内容】
■ サプライヤーから購入する製品のCO2e排出量Scope3.1の可視化及び削減の推進計画立案
■ CBAM・EUDR等のEU環境規制に伴う影響分析とリスク最小化の実行
■ CDP対応を含む環境データ収集・情報開示対応とそのレポーティング
■ グリーンアルミ・グリーン鉄・リサイクルプラスチック等低環境負荷材料のグローバルベンチマーク及び実務的な調達推進への反映
■ サプライヤにおけるコンプライアンス・人権のデューデリジェンスをはじめとするリスク管理手法の立案と実行
■ サプライヤーに対するサステイナビリティ特別約款の締結推進、進捗管理、ESG要求事項の浸透施策の実施
■ 社内向けESGトレーニングの企画・運営、サプライヤーイベント推進
■ イラン情勢、地政学的リスク、公正取引委員会対応や取適法実施など外部環境変化に伴う産業が直面する課題に対する将来のサプライヤ構想の立案及び経営層への提言

【仕事内容】
調達・サプライチェーン領域におけるESGサステイナビリティ施策をリードし、持続可能なものづくり体制の実現を担っていただくポジションです。
例えば社内研修企画では、AIフル活用したショートビデオ作製及び日英字幕、仮想音声など、各個人が新しい可能性を調べながら様々なツールを活用してクリエイティブな業務を行っています。
1. 部門全体の運営・推進
　・ ESGガバナンス（プロセス・システム）を通じた、サプライチェーンESG戦略および各種施策の企画・推進
　・ グローバル関係者との連携によるESGプロジェクトの推進
　・ 調達・サプライチェーン領域におけるESGコミュニケーション施策の企画・実行
2. CO2排出量の可視化および社内体制構築
　・ CO2排出量算定に関するパートナー・ツールの評価、選定、導入
　・ CO2排出量の現状分析レポート作成（削減施策・コスト分析を含む）
　・ 脱炭素・グリーン調達推進に向けた外部パートナー評価
　・ 重点プロジェクト推進、および将来展開に向けた社内知見・体制整備
3. 目標設定およびグリーン調達推進
　・ 脱炭素ロードマップの策定、および施策展開の推進
　・ グリーン調達機会の事業性評価、および導入推進
　・ サプライヤー調査を通じた環境配慮部品の導入可能性評価
　・ 重点材料における調達戦略・サプライヤー戦略の立案
4. コンプライアンス管理（環境）
　・ グリーン調達ポリシーおよび調達ガイドラインの展開
　・ サステイナビリティ特別約款および関連契約の交渉・締結・管理
　・ CDP対応、気候評価・スコアカード運用
　・ サプライヤーへの改善施策展開、進捗モニタリング
5. 社内研修企画・運営
　・ 調達部門向けESGサステイナビリティのトレーニング企画・運営

・Unique Features of This Position
・ End to end responsibility from strategy to execution
This role goes beyond routine process compliance and allows you to drive
ESG initiatives from strategy through execution working closely with senior
management. It involves situation analysis strategy development risk
assessment and business impact analysis working as a team on topics of high interest to senior management.
・ Direct engagement with domestic and global suppliers; hands on approach
For priority themes such as recycled plastics and green steel you will
conduct supplier visits several times a year in Japan and overseas. By directly
observing manufacturing sites technologies and sustainability roadmaps you
will reflect real world insights into procurement strategies.
・ Work that impacts the entire corporate group
You will be involved in initiatives that extend beyond a single company
including collaboration with Hino Motors and participation in ESG policy and
strategy discussions across the Archion Group.

[Key Responsibilities]
・ Visualization of Scope 3.1 CO2e emissions from purchased products and
planning of reduction initiatives
・ Impact analysis and implementation of risk mitigation measures related to EU
environmental regulations such as CBAM and EUDR
・ Environmental data collection disclosure and reporting including CDP
responses
・ Global benchmarking and practical integration into procurement of low
environmental impact materials （green aluminum green steel recycled plastics）
・ Planning and execution of supplier risk management including compliance and human rights due diligence
・ Promotion and management of sustainability clauses in supplier agreements and implementation of ESG requirements
・ Planning and operation of internal ESG training programs and supplier
engagement events
・ Development of future supplier strategies and proposals to senior management in response to external changes such as geopolitical risks sanctions competition law requirements and fair trade regulations

[Role Description]
This position leads ESG sustainability initiatives across procurement and
supply chains contributing to the realization of sustainable manufacturing
systems.
For example internal training initiatives actively leverage AI including the
creation of short videos bilingual subtitles （EN/JP） and synthetic voice
narration. Team members are encouraged to explore new tools and approaches fostering a creative and innovative working environment.

・ Promotion of ESG projects in collaboration with global relevant parties
・ Planning and execution of ESG communication initiatives in procurement and supply chain domains
2. CO2 Emissions Visualization and Internal Framework Development
・ Evaluation selection and implementation of CO2 calculation tools and
partners
・ CO2 emissions analysis reports including reduction measures and cost
analyses
・ Evaluation of external partners for decarbonization and green procurement
・ Promotion of priority projects and development of internal knowledge and
structures for future deployment
3. Target Setting and Green Procurement Promotion
・ Development of decarbonization roadmaps and implementation of related
initiatives
・ Business feasibility assessment and introduction of green procurement
opportunities
・ Evaluation of environmentally conscious components through supplier surveys
・ Development of procurement and supplier strategies for priority materials
4. Environmental Compliance Management
・ Deployment of green procurement policies and procurement guidelines
・ Negotiation execution and management of sustainability clauses and related contracts
・ CDP responses and climate evaluation / scorecard operation
・ Implementation and monitoring of supplier improvement initiatives
5. Internal Training Planning and Operation
・ Planning and operation of ESG sustainability training programs for
procurement staff

・自動車業界における購買・サプライチェーン部門での実務経験（3年以上）
・ESG推進、ZEV（ゼロ・エミッション車）またはグリーンソーシング（環境配慮型調達）に関する実務経験
・材料（鉄鋼、アルミニウム、プラスチック）および材料の商流に関する知識
・プロジェクト管理、企業監査、デジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）、サプライヤーとの契約管理のいずれかの経験
・Microsoft Office（Access、Power BI）の使用経験

Required
・ Bachelor’s degree （4 year university）
・ Practical experience using Microsoft Office （Word PowerPoint Excel Outlook）

Language Skills
・ English: Business level
・ Japanese: Business level

Preferred / Advantageous
・ 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain functions in the automotive industry
・ Practical experience in ESG promotion ZEV （Zero Emission Vehicles） or green sourcing
・ Knowledge of materials （steel aluminum plastics） and material supply chains
・ Experience in one or more of the following: project management corporate audits digital transformation （DX） supplier contract management
・ Experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Access and Power BI
