オプテックス社内で最も売上ウエイトの大きい部門にて海外の販売子会社（アメリカ）管理を中心に製品企画等、幅広い業務に携わっていただきます。
具体的には以下の通りです。
・事業本部の予算達成のため、製品企画・営業企画を含めた戦略立案・実行・進捗管理
・海外子会社の販売実績および需要予測を管理し、販売動向や生産計画への反映・調整
・海外子会社からの問い合わせ対応や新製品立ち上げ、販売活動支援
・現地市場調査から新製品企画・立ち上げ
・販売計画、生産計画、販売戦略、教育ツール、技術資料、競合分析や比較資料等の作成
・年数回の海外出張対応（出張先は北米メイン、1～2 週間程度）
・在宅勤務は業務の都合に合わせて週2～3 日程度可能です。
