【部署の紹介】
私たちの目的は、「新たな開発プロセス／エンジニアリング文書システム／手法を強化することにより、研究開発におけるマルチプロジェクト管理を強化する」ことです。主な責任範囲は以下のとおりです。
1） 製品プロジェクトのガバナンスと技術調整を管理し、製品プロジェクトの戦略とロードマップを策定する
2） 研究開発におけるエンジニアリングリリース文書／システム管理
3） 研究開発の設備投資および運用費予算の管理、追跡、報告
技術企画チームは、
1） 技術調整／プロジェクト追跡、
2） 技術文書作成、
3） 技術ツール、
4） 研究開発予算管理
という4つの異なる機能で構成されています。この部門には合計で約20名のメンバーがいます。

【仕事内容】
CAD/PLM 適応: CAD ツールに機能を追加し、エンジニアリング領域全体で PLM システムを実装および最適化。
PDM ガバナンス: PDM システム内で技術リリース プロセスを管理し、3D CAD データ、技術図面、およびエンジニアリング部品表 （EBOM） 間の完全同期の確保。
E BOM/DMU 成熟度: 仮想パッケージング スタディ、CAE シミュレーションなどを容易にするために、高精度のデジタル モックアップ （DMU） の維持。
構成管理: 150% の BOM 構造とモジュール製品アーキテクチャを管理し、数千の車両バリエーションを効率的に処理。
エンジニアリング変更管理 （ECM）: 設計改訂から実装までの変更ワークフローを管理。
部門横断的コラボレーション: BOM データが購買、製造エンジニアリング、およびサービス部門にどのように影響するかを深く理解。

【Department Introduction】
Our purpose is to ‘Strengthen multi project management in RD by reinforce new development processes/engineering documentation system/methods ’ our main responsible are
1） Manage product project governance and technical co ordination to define product project strategy and road map
2） Engineering release documentation/System management for RD
3） RD Capax and Opex Budget management tracking and reporting
Technical planning team consist of 4 different functions 1） Technical co ordination/Project Tracking 2） Engineering documentation 3） Engineering tools 4） RD Budget mgmt. All together around 20 members in this departement

【Job Description】
CAD/PLM Adaptation: Integrate additional functality in CAD tools implement and optimizing PLM systems across engineering areas
PDM Governance: Manage the technical release process within PDM systems and ensuring 100% synchronization between 3D CAD data technical drawings and Engineering Bills of Materials （EBOM）.
E BOM/DMU Maturity : Maintain high Accuracy Digital Mock Ups （DMU） to facilitate virtual packaging studies CAE simulation etc.
Configuration Management: Managing 150% BOM structures and modular product architectures to handle thousands of vehicle variants efficiently Engineering Change Management （ECM）: Managing change workflows from design revisions to implementation. Cross Functional Collaboration: Strong understanding of how BOM data impacts purchasing manufacturing engineering and service departments

経験: 自動車業界における製品設計、BOM管理 （構造、構成、バリアント管理、変更管理を含む複雑な多バリアント部品表 （BOM） の処理など）、および PDM/PLM システム管理で 12 ～ 15 年の経験。 PLM/PDM の専門知識: さまざまな PDM システム （NX など） の実装経験、および PLM プラットフォーム （Siemens Teamcenter、PTC Windchill、または Dassault Systemes など） の経験。
BOM 管理と変換: エンジニアリング BOM （EBOM）、製造 BOM （MBOM）、およびサービス BOM （SBOM） 構造に関する専門知識、および BOM 変換と多バリアントハーネス BOM を管理する能力。
コミュニケーションとコーチング: さまざまな部門や外部パートナーと連携し、新しい PLM プロセスについてチームメンバーに教えることができること。
分析と問題解決: 複雑で構造化されていない問題を分析し、解決策を実装する能力。

Experience: 12 15 years in product design BOM management （ex. Handling complex multi variant Bill of Materials （BOM） including structure configuration and variant management change management） and PDM/ PLM system administration in automotive industry.
PLM/PDM Expertise: Experience in implementation of various PDM systems （eg . NX ） and proficiency in PLM platforms （eg. Siemens Teamcenter PTC Windchill or Dassault Systemes）
BOM Management Transformation: Expert knowledge of Engineering BOM （EBOM） Manufacturing BOM （MBOM） and Service BOM （SBOM） structures along with the ability to manage BOM transformations and multi variant harness BOMs.
Communication Coaching: Ability to work across different departments and external partners and train own teams on new PLM processes.
Analytical Problem Solving: Able to analyze complex unstructured problems and implement solutions.
