- 営業戦略の立案・実行および目標達成の推進
- 営業実績の分析・管理
- 国内外顧客（旅行会社・個人顧客）との関係構築および維持
- 上級管理職との連携およびレポーティング
- 部門の運営管理および組織強化
- メンバーの指導・育成
- プロジェクトマネジメント
- 社内外の調整業務
