職務内容
- SLA／KPI管理およびサービス改善のサポート
- DaaS・マネージドサービスにおける運用支援、在庫・請求管理
- サービスレポート作成、顧客定例会の運営支援
- 英日資料の翻訳・通訳、会議運営・議事録作成
- CRM（ServiceNow）等を用いたデータ管理・課題トラッキング
