• 5+ years of experience as a Tech Lead, with strong expertise in designing architecture for high-traffic web systems and making sound technical decisions.
• Proven ability to lead scalable and maintainable system design while guiding long-term service growth and feature integration.
• Solid hands-on experience in Java/Spring Boot development, REST API design, relational databases, and modern DevOps tools (CI/CD, containers).
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in production monitoring, troubleshooting, and effective communication in English within global teams.
