Description
- Lead design and development of advanced Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
- Drive architecture decisions using MVVM and Clean Architecture principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and release new features
- Integrate Android applications with RESTful APIs (e.g., Retrofit)
- Ensure robustness through comprehensive unit testing and best practices
- Optimize app performance, fix bugs, and improve reliability
- Contribute to and lead code reviews and continuous development process improvements
- Participate across the full development lifecycle: requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment
- Work within Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality releases

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of Android development experience with at least one published app
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
- Solid experience with Android SDK and REST/JSON-based integrations
- Hands-on experience with Retrofit and third-party library integration
- Deep understanding of MVVM and Clean Architecture
- Experience with unit testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Strong understanding of mobile development lifecycle and trends
- Business-level English proficiency (e.g., TOEIC 800+)
- Experience with push notifications and cloud messaging APIs
- Understanding of Android design guidelines and UI best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Leadership or project management experience
- Ability to work independently in a multinational team environment
