* リージョンで新製品ローンチと事業成長をリード
* GTM戦略（4P含む）の立案・実行と競合分析
* 新製品導入〜営業支援までを一貫して推進
* NPI売上（RTS後3年）の分析と改善
* 成長戦略・ローカライズ・新規事業の推進
* 価格戦略、SIOP、大型案件の支援
* VOCを基にロードマップ調整と課題改善
* クロスファンクショナル連携と進捗管理
* トレーニング・品質対応等で定着と成長を実現
