Position Summary:

Responsible for quality issues included in identifying root causes and establish corrective actions. Act customer quality window to communicate with customer for problem solving.
Documentation with management of the quality team in the plant for each task and overtime so on. Needs to take a lead for ISO9001 as a managerial post.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

・Support for quality improvement and management of mass-produced parts
・Participate in quality aspect  from new product development to SOP (APQP/PPAP)
・Solving quality issues in collaboration with internal departments including overseas
・Process audit work
・Change management tasks
・Customer quality window
・Preparation and management of quality-related documents
・Assistant to QA manager
・Manage progress of team task and labor management as a managerial positio
・Quality training within the team and related departments within the company
・QMS Secretariat

試用期間：あり（3ヶ月）試用期間中の労働条件の変更なし

休日休暇
土日、夏季、年末年始　年間休日125日＋自由に設定できる休日２日
年次有給休暇（入社半年経過後10日付与、最大25日）

【必須（MUST）】

・University (technical college) degree or higher
・English - TOEIC600 or higher, Japanese – native
・Over 3 years of experience in quality assurance at a transportation equipment manufacturer
・Knowledge of quality control (MSA, competency survey, GR&R, SPC, Pareto analysis, problem-solving methods, FMEA, Control plan, etc.)
・Leadership experience driving cross-departmental quality and process improvement
・Computer skills - Microsoft Office：EXCEL、Word、Power Point
・Negotiation skills and communication skills with internal and external parties
・Knowledge of ISO9001 requirements
・Knowledge of geometric tolerances
