コーポレート部門およびリテール領域の両方を対象に、エンドツーエンドで採用活動を担っていただきます。

主な職務内容

  • コーポレートおよびリテール領域における中途・新卒採用の企画・実行
  • 採用要件定義、候補者ソーシング、面接、オファーまでの一連の採用プロセス管理
  • 採用マネージャーへのアドバイザリー業務および採用戦略支援
  • ダイレクトソーシングおよびエージェントマネジメント
  • インターンシップおよび新卒採用プログラムの企画・運営
  • 入社後オンボーディングのサポートおよび定着支援
  • 採用KPI管理およびデータ分析、採用予算管理

Are you ready to take the next step in your HR career with a globally recognized luxury retail brand? We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment activities across both corporate and retail functions in Tokyo.

This role offers a unique opportunity to partner directly with senior business leaders, drive strategic hiring initiatives, and play a key role in shaping the organization's talent strategy. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across corporate and retail business functions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs, evaluate candidates, and support key hiring decisions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, assessments, reference checks, and offer management.
  • Lead university recruiting initiatives and internship programs to attract and develop high-potential future talent.
  • Support onboarding activities and collaborate with managers to ensure successful employee integration and performance during probation periods.
  • Manage external recruitment agencies and vendor relationships to maximize hiring effectiveness.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics, pipeline performance, and hiring trends to drive continuous process improvements.
  • Monitor recruitment budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Required Skills and QualificationsExperience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or talent management.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes across both corporate and retail or customer-facing positions.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Strong understanding of modern sourcing strategies, candidate assessment methodologies, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Experience working within international or multicultural organizations is highly desirable.
