本ポジションでは、担当組織のHRBPとして、マネジメントと密に連携しながら戦略的に人事課題を解決し、組織成長を推進いただきます。
【業務内容】
・人事制度／各種プロセスの整備・改善
・人事課題の分析および施策立案・実行
・サーベイ分析～アクションプラン推進
・評価制度運用、ゴール設定・カリブレーション
・組織変更／人員配置に関するアドバイザリー
・労務対応および外部専門家との連携
・採用プロセスへの関与（JD作成含む）
・マネージャー層の育成・研修企画
