An international professional services organization is seeking a Head of BD & Marketing Japan to lead business development and marketing activities for its Japan business. This position offers the opportunity to shape market engagement strategies, support client development initiatives, and work closely with senior stakeholders in a collaborative international environment.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Lead business development and marketing activities for the Japan business
• Drive client engagement, proposal development, and business growth initiatives
• Develop and maintain marketing materials and external communications
• Plan and execute client events, seminars, and marketing campaigns
• Support key client relationship and account development activities
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with regional teams to support broader business objectives
• Manage and enhance CRM and business development processes

• 日本市場におけるBD・マーケティング活動の企画および推進
• 提案書作成や営業支援を通じた事業開発の推進
• マーケティング資料や対外コミュニケーションの管理
• セミナー、イベント、顧客向け施策の企画・運営
• 顧客関係構築および既存顧客開発のサポート
• 市場動向の分析および新規ビジネス機会の発掘
• 国内外チームとの連携による事業目標達成支援
• CRMを活用した営業・マーケティング活動の推進

Qualifications
 

• Fluency in Japanese and English
• Experience in business development, marketing, communications, or public relations
• Experience within professional services, consulting, financial services, legal services, or a related industry preferred
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Experience preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
• Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management, planning, and execution skills

• 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル以上
• ビジネスディベロップメント、マーケティング、広報、または関連分野での経験
• プロフェッショナルサービス、コンサルティング、金融サービス、法律関連サービス等での経験があれば尚可
• 顧客対応およびリレーションシップマネジメント経験
• 提案書・プレゼンテーション資料作成経験
• CRMシステムの利用経験があれば尚可
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力およびプロジェクト推進力
