職務内容
- ベンダー選定・事前審査・オンボーディングのリード
- 日本市場における戦略的ソーシングの企画・実行
- 契約交渉および契約管理（法令・社内ポリシーの遵守）
- 調達予算の管理およびコスト削減施策の推進
- サプライヤーとの関係構築およびパフォーマンス管理
- 市場・価格動向の分析および調達戦略への反映
- サプライヤーリスクの特定・管理およびコンプライアンス対応
- 品質基準の確保および関係部門との連携
- ホテル運営・技術・財務部門とのクロスファンクショナル連携
- 調達プロセスおよびガバナンス体制の改善
- 在庫管理および供給安定性の確保
- サステナブル調達の推進
