本ポジションは、日本を中心にAPAC地域を統括する戦略的RPOプロジェクトにおけるClient Services Managerです。採用戦略からチームマネジメント、ステークホルダー対応まで幅広くリードし、クライアント成果に直接インパクトを与える役割です。

職務内容
日本を中心としたRPOプロジェクトの統括（韓国・香港・台湾含む）
クライアントとの関係構築（"ホワイトグローブ型"の高品質対応）
採用チーム（約4〜5名）のマネジメントおよび育成
採用KPI・レポーティング管理、プロセス改善の推進
