・会議設定、会議資料の準備(資料作成・整理含む)
・来客対応・電話・メール対応 (海外からのビジター含む)
・出張手配(国内・海外)とそれに伴う経費精算(concurを使用)
・社内外文書作成(案内状・議事録等)
・各部門との連携・調整業務
