インポートブランドの商品輸入に関わる貿易事務業務をお任せいたします。これまでの貿易業務経験を活かして、裁量権をもって活躍したい方におすすめのお仕事です。
【具体的な業務内容】
・海外取引先とのコレスポンデンス管理と取引先対応（メールは主に英語での対応となります）
・輸入に関する各種書類作成・確認（Invoice、Packing List等）
・フォワーダー、通関業者との調整業務・受発注管理、納期調整
・在庫・商品データ管理
・請求書処理および関連事務業務
・社内関連部署との連携、問い合わせ対応
・輸入業務に付随するその他事務全般

Required Skills
【必須条件】
・貿易実務の基礎知識（インコタームズ、貿易書類、決済方法など）
・輸出入業務（主に輸入業務）の実務経験（1～3年以上必須）
・フォワーダー、海外取引先との折衝経験
・受発注管理、納期調整の経験・基本的なPCスキル（Excelや社内基幹システム操作等）
・英語力（会話・メール・書類対応が可能なレベル）
【歓迎条件】
アパレル関連事業における貿易実務経験がある方は、特に優遇いたします。
・商社、メーカー、物流会社における貿易実務経験
・原産地証明、EPA／FTA対応に関する知識・貿易実務検定（C級・B級・A級）保有者
