■詳細 入社後2～3か月は、当社の問題解決・意思決定・組織能力向上に関するコンサルティングメソッドを習得いただきます。その後は、製造業を中心としたあらゆる企業の経営層、人事部門、品質部門、技術部門などの関係者と連携しながら、既存顧客の深耕および新規顧客開拓を担当いただきます。ミーティング、RFP対応、業界カンファレンスやプレゼンテーションを通じて、ソリューションを紹介し、クライアントのニーズに応えます。
