外資系電子部品商社にて、日本市場における採用担当を募集しています。
本ポジションでは、成長フェーズにある日本拠点において、営業職を中心とした採用活動全般(360リクルーティング)をリードし、事業拡大を人材面から支援していただきます。

ダイレクトソーシングを中心とした採用活動に加え、採用マネージャーやビジネス部門との連携、エージェント管理など、採用プロセス全体に幅広く関与いただくポジションです。



主な職務内容

  • 営業職を中心とした中途採用活動全般(360リクルーティング)
  • ダイレクトソーシングによる候補者母集団形成およびスカウト活動
  • 採用マネージャーおよびビジネス部門との要件定義・採用戦略策定
  • 人材紹介会社・エージェントとのリレーションおよびマネジメント
  • 採用プロセス全体の進行管理および改善
  • 採用データ・市場動向の分析および採用施策への反映

A growing global semiconductor and electronic components distributor is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its expanding operations in Japan.

As a key member of the HR team, you will lead hiring initiatives across commercial functions, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and contribute directly to the company's growth strategy in Japan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening through offer management and onboarding support.
  • Develop and execute direct sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber sales and commercial talent.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
  • Manage external recruitment agencies and vendors to ensure effective talent acquisition delivery.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency.
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen market visibility.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide market insights to support workforce planning decisions.
  • Contribute to the continued growth and expansion of the Japan business.

Required Skills and QualificationsExperience:
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong direct sourcing and candidate attraction capabilities.
  • Experience recruiting commercial professionals such as Sales, Marketing, Buyers, or related business functions.
  • Ability to work effectively within a growing, agile, and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders and managing external recruitment agencies.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong ownership and accountability in decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
