日本市場のEC成長を担い、戦略立案から実行までを統括します。

職務内容
- 自社ECの売上・粗利・各種サイトKPIの管理と改善施策の推進
- 月次・週次の売上計画、在庫計画、プロモーション管理
- ECチームのマネジメントおよび1on1の実施
- グローバルチームとの連携、会議参加、レポーティング・プレゼン
- 関連部署との連携によるEC施策の最適化
