本ポジションは、パワートレイン・シャシー領域におけるOEM向け営業を担当し、受注から量産立ち上げ後の商用管理まで一貫してリードします。顧客および社内外の関係者と連携し、事業拡大と収益向上を推進します。

職務内容
- 自動車OEMおよびサプライヤー向け営業活動の推進
- 見積作成、価格戦略の立案および交渉
- 新規プロジェクト受注に向けた社内外調整
- 顧客との条件交渉（価格・納期・契約条件など）
- 社内エンジニアと連携した技術提案
- 試作から量産立ち上げまでのプロジェクトサポート
- 売上予測、予算管理、収益改善の推進
- グローバルチームとの戦略連携
