Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, operate, and maintain test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, end-to-end (E2E) testing, and non-functional testing.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure quality control throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to analyze and resolve defects, while enhancing overall system reliability and performance.
- Take ownership of assigned features throughout the entire lifecycle, including planning, implementation, testing, and release.
- Support project planning activities, effort estimation, and task prioritization.
- Lead system testing activities, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide post-release support.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, policies, and relevant legal/regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Research and apply the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in testing and IT engineering.
