■ドライブ部門/電動モーターのプロジェクトエンジニアとして、下記の業務を担当頂きます。
・電動モーターおよびドライブシステム製品の開発を、社内外の関係先と連携しながら推進
・プロジェクト計画の策定・進捗管理を行い、QCD（品質・コスト・納期）を確保しながら開発をリード
・図面、部品表（BOM）、仕様書などの技術文書の作成・管理、および設計成果物のリリース
・試作品の要件定義、手配、評価計画の策定を行い、開発・評価プロセスを推進
・コンポーネント仕様書（CRS）やシステム設計書（SDD）の作成および維持管理
・設計変更管理（Change Management）の推進と、変更履歴の適切な管理
・Design FMEAおよび Process FMEAの作成・運用を通じた品質・信頼性の向上活動
・コスト分析およびコスト低減施策の立案・実行
・サプライヤーや開発パートナーとの技術折衝・進捗管理を行い、高品質な開発成果を実現
・グローバル開発チームと連携し、次世代モビリティを支える先進技術・製品の開発に参画

Required Skills
【必須】
・プロジェクトエンジニアリングに関する知識
・類似職種での実務経験（自動車部品サプライヤー業界での経験歓迎）
・プロジェクト計画、進捗管理、モニタリングおよびレポート作成スキル
中小規模プロジェクトにおけるエンジニアリング・調達・建設（EPC）の実務経験
・電動ドライブシステムの開発・設計経験があれば尚可
・ビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力（口頭・文書）
