入居者サポート業務（受電・メール等）
各種ツールの翻訳業務
部屋探しの受付・取次業務
WEBサイト（FAQ等）の翻訳・更新業務
保険会社との3者間通話業務（通訳）
他部署からの依頼対応業務（QAシステム等）
アンケートを含む顧客への発信、SMS送信業務
賃貸管理・WM推進室内外からの要請による応援業務（3者間通話等）
通訳ツールを活用した3者間通話業務
新規入居された方へのお礼架電業務 等
