IT Business Analyst / ITビジネスアナリスト（JLPT N2 or above）

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions within our Japan operations. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives across retail, e-commerce, supply chain, and enterprise systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience in enterprise IT environments, and the ability to work effectively in a bilingual (Japanese-English) setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments (Retail, E-commerce, Supply Chain, Finance). 
• Act as a liaison between business users and development teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions. 
• Support implementation and enhancement of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, OMS, POS, etc.). 
• Participate in system integration, testing (UAT), and deployment activities. 
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable IT solutions. 
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication across global and local teams.

Required Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and working proficiency in English.
