職務内容
Hiring Managerと連携した採用戦略の立案・実行
採用プロセス全体の管理（ソーシング〜オファー）
LinkedIn等を活用したダイレクトソーシング
タレントパイプラインの構築および中長期的な人材確保
候補者体験および採用プロセスの改善
採用KPI・データ分析、レポーティング
グローバルチームおよび外部エージェントとの連携

ハイブリッドワーク（試用期間後、週2〜3日在宅可）
