事業部と連携し、組織設計、人材育成、リーダーシップ強化を推進 パフォーマンス管理やPIP・解雇・ER対応について労働法に基づき助言 従業員ライフサイクル全体を支援し、シェアードサービスを指導 法令対応、政府報告、安全衛生（EHS）をサポート 福利厚生（DC・保険・退職等）の運用を指導 日本の安全衛生委員会対応を支援 採用を主導し、タレント戦略と連携 労働法・給与関連についてシェアードサービスを教育 グローバルと連携しHR改革を推進 日本＋海外1国（アジア）を担当します。
